First Impression: A skinny girl who looks like she had a bad transformation accident with a cross between a lizard and human for a face. She's rather rude and will say anything she wants. She's really just a big, ugly bully.

Sexual Preference: bisexual (the only person who knows is Pansy... who is who she's madly in love with. xD)

Odd thing about Millicent: No matter how hard she tries to be mean, she has a soft spot for most of the Slytherins. Even though she is Half-blood (but claims she isn't), she tries to fit in with the Slytherins. She also has a mad crush on Pansy, but no one knows that either. ;)

A little history on Millicent...
Millicent was born on Halloween. Her mother was a muggle prostitute and her father was an unemployed wizard who spent his time "enjoying" the "company" of muggles. This was rather odd because up until Millicent's father, the whole lineage of blood was pure. Millicent was an accident, obviously... prostitutes normally don't want kids, and this was no different case. However, when Millicent's mother, Adelle Grayson, found out she was pregnant, she decided not to get an abortion for whatever reason. Adelle took care of Millicent for a total of three weeks on her own, then Millicent was dropped onto the doorstep of her father, Alphard Bulstrode. Millicent did not have a happy childhood. Her father never let her go to a muggle school because his blood would not go to a muggle. Hypocritical as he was since he slept with muggles all the time, he never let Millicent play with other kids, already setting her as an outcast. Alphard was abusive towards Millicent her whole life and Millicent was embarrassed about it, so she never let anyone else know about it. Millicent was Alphard's servant until she got her letter to Hogwarts when she was almost 11. Millicent went to Hogwarts, making her father proud for being a wizard. On the summer after her third year, Millicent went looking for her mother. She came close, but it seemed her mother had passed away 10 years ago. Millicent gave up and decided to just stay with her abusive father, taking care of him when he was a drunken mess and trying to ignore the sounds of him taking pleasure from muggle prostitutes in the next room of their small, dirty house. Millicent never really found peace at Hogwarts, either. The only friend she gained was Pansy. Millicent was tormented by the others her first year, so she stuck up for herself and became a bully to everyone. She was labeled stupid and like Crabbe or Goyle, though Millicent was smarter than that and few knew it. Millie never really had a real home, and she could barely call Hogwarts her home because of her lack of friends. When she was in her fifth year, Millicent was selected to be in the Inquisitorial Squad. It was the first time she had actually been brought into some form of a club. It actually changed her a lot, though it made her even more of a bully. So, in the end, Millicent is that bisexual bully everyone thinks is weird.
